Territory Rights
- Exclusive rights (if any) will be defined via separate agreement
- Unauthorized cross-territory selling may lead to termination
Resale Policy
- Buyers must not sell below agreed minimum pricing (if applicable)
- Brand image and positioning must be maintained
Private Label / Custom Orders
- MOQ and advance payment mandatory
- Design, packaging, and formulation once approved cannot be altered
Intellectual Property
All trademarks, packaging designs, brand names (Sopure / Sunfarm Organics) remain the sole property of the company.
Unauthorized duplication, repacking, or relabeling is strictly prohibited.
Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction
- All disputes are subject to jurisdiction of Bihar court (as applicable to registered office)
- Efforts will be made to resolve disputes amicably before legal action
